Gemma joined Progeny in September 2017 as a Compliance Manager. Prior to joining the company, Gemma was Head of Compliance at another financial advisory firm and was responsible for keeping 26 advisers compliant. In 2020, she took on the new role of Training & Competence Manager for Progeny.
Gemma manages the training and competence of Progeny’s Financial Planners, working closely with Associate Planners in the Planner Academy on their development to ensure the highest standards are met. She also works alongside our Compliance Director, Charlotte Willis, in ensuring that the firm remains compliant with all aspects of regulation.
In her spare time, Gemma can be found either studying for several of her exams at once or decompressing at the gym after a day’s work. She is passionate about Spin and RYDE classes and tries to go at least four times a week. Gemma also loves to get involved in charity events at Progeny, spend quality time with her family, and travel the world.
