Joanne provides day-to-day support to the Financial Planners and ensures the delivery of an exceptional standard of service to all clients that she looks after. She strives to provide a friendly and efficient service to clients every day.
Joanne enjoys forming part of the Client PA team where she has recently helped streamline processes and offers support to new starters. She is currently working towards achieving her Diploma in Financial Planning. Prior to joining Progeny, Joanne worked in various customer service roles including at the Financial Ombudsman Service as an adjudicator.
Outside of work, Joanne is a foodie but likes to balance her routine with extensive HITT workouts. She lives with her husband and son, and visits the Alps in the South of France with her family every year. She is keen to learn to ski with her son.
