As Progeny’s Chief People Officer, Sam is driven by a passion for people and wants to see every business that she serves succeed.
Sam has had a long and varied career in HR, having quickly worked her way up from administrative roles to being Head of HR at a number of firms. In 2013, she founded her own firm, Halo HR, a provider of holistic HR services and consultancy, which she grew into a successful and sustainable business.
Progeny was Halo HR’s first ever client, and in 2019 Sam and Halo HR joined Progeny, with Sam becoming Progeny’s HR Director and HR being added to the list of connected professional services that Progeny provides. Sam continues to act for her Halo clients, providing both them and her internal colleagues with commercially-driven advice and exceptional service.
As an experienced MCIPD HR practitioner, Sam is able to act as a Director-level member of her clients’ teams, providing professional HR advice to a wide array of commercial clients. She is passionate about the provision of outstanding HR advice and the positive impact it can have on both employees and the businesses they work in.
Away from work, Sam relishes spending time traveling with her family and enjoying new experiences. She is determined to be a strong role model for her daughter, as well as an ambassador for women in business.
