They\u00a0therefore\u00a0needed to explore alternative solutions.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In the end,\u00a0it was recommended that Peter and Imogen raise the funds needed via a residential mortgage on their own home.
