Freya Fallon

Freya is Chief of Staff to the CEO at Progeny and acts as the link between Neil, the Management Board, and the wider organisation. Freya is passionate about people and invests heavily in relationships across the organisation, and is a trusted confidant to Neil, the Management Board & other senior leaders. Day to day, Freya strategically assists the running of the business, delivery of goals, initiatives, communications, governance and challenges the business to remain true to its values, what it stands for and to always do the right thing.

Freya graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2015 and moved on to work in varying roles at large corporate organisations such as John Lewis & Grant Thornton. Freya learnt a huge amount supporting different leaders and teams across large organisations and moved to Progeny to utilise that experience and support an entrepreneurial CEO in a fast-paced growing company in 2016.

Beyond work Freya loves to keep active. She completed the London Marathon in 2017 in aide of Motor Neurones Disease Association and has also tackled the Great North Run. She regularly attends gym sessions at F45 in Harrogate or Barry’s Bootcamp and lives with her husband and German Shepherd in Harrogate where she enjoys socialising with friends and family in the surrounding area.
