Justin joined the Progeny Group in February 2025 and serves as Chair of the Investment Oversight & Advice Policy Committee. In this role, he leads firm-wide governance across investment, advice, and product frameworks, with responsibility for overseeing the Central Investment Proposition, Central Advice Process, and Central Retirement Proposition.

Based in Surrey, Justin works across Progeny’s national offices to ensure consistency in the design and delivery of the firm’s wealth proposition. His career spans wealth and asset management, with expertise in investment strategy, multi‑asset solutions, and distribution. He specialises in building robust governance frameworks, aligning investment propositions with client outcomes, and ensuring adherence to FCA requirements.

Justin holds a Diploma in Financial Planning, an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning, and a Bachelor of Economics.
