All of our team members are entitled to take 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Your birthday will automatically be booked off at the beginning of each year!


As part of Progeny’s ongoing commitment to wellbeing, all team members will be given a paid day off to focus on themselves and their wellbeing each year.


A confidential programme via Health Assured designed to help with personal and professional problems through counselling, legal support, bereavement support and more.


This is available after completion of your probationary period, provided by BUPA. It includes a digital GP, a 24 hour helpline and counselling support.


We operate a personal pension plan and will match team members contributions up to 5% with the option for team members to pay in more if they choose.


All of our team members are covered by the Company Life Assurance scheme applicable from their first day with Progeny. Any lump sum payable is 4x basic salary.


Team members are entitled to a paid volunteering day each year to spend supporting your community such as helping out in schools or your local food bank.


Progeny will pay a referral bonus to any team member who introduces a candidate who is subsequently employed by the company on a permanent contract – T&C’s apply
