Martin Hasyn

Martin has more than 15 years’ experience, specialising in wealth and succession planning, with a particular focus on business owners and entrepreneurs.

He also has developed expertise in dealing with large and complex estate administration matters, specifically those that have a business or overseas element. Martin has been appointed as an independent executor and trustee in a number of disputed estates to assist with the resolution of the estate.

Prior to co-founding Progeny Private Law, Martin was a partner at Gordons LLP, working closely with Frances and Suzannah. In 2012, he helped the firm to achieve the STEP private client regional team of the year award. He followed this with further success in 2013, as a member of the private client team of the year award at the Yorkshire Lawyer awards.
