Graeme joined Progeny is April 2025 and has over twenty years’ experience practicing corporate finance law with a strong background in governance, M&A, risk management and compliance monitoring.
Graeme qualified as a solicitor at the international law firm, Linklaters, before moving in-house as senior legal counsel at Aviva where he advised their main board. Prior to joining Progeny, Graeme led the legal, compliance and company secretarial teams at CoinShares, a Nasdaq Stockholm listed asset manager with over US$6 billion of assets under management.
Graeme lives in Surrey with his family and their pet dog, Chewbacca. He is a keen tennis player and rugby fan.
