Emil joined Progeny originally in 2021 following the acquisition of JM Glendinning Financial Services, where he had been a key member of the Financial Planning team.  More latterly, he moved across to the UAE in 2023 to help support the growth of the Fry Group Middle East, prior to the office becoming part of the wider Progeny group.

He currently works a dual role as Business Development Manager focusing on B2B relationships and the wider acquiring of clients in the region, alongside his work as a Financial Planner looking after a number of families in the region. He also serves on the board of the British Chamber of Commerce in Dubai which supports individuals and businesses relocating to the region from the UK.

Emil began his career at HSBC, before working in two top 50 accountancy practices in the Financial Planning divisions alongside tax specialists, and other professional services advisers in Yorkshire. He is a fully qualified financial planner holding the Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning and is a pension transfer specialist.

Emil is experienced in advising senior management and executives, and business owners building towards financial freedom. Over the years, he has also helped many retired individuals with their succession planning alongside their own personal financial requirements.

Outside of work, Emil has keen interests in music and loves to spend time DJing at home or with friends. He enjoys travelling with his family visiting exotic destinations, spending time on the beach and sampling local cuisines from around the world.
