Director Frances Davies and Yorkshire Rows have been featured in BQ Live as part of their monthly ‘Giving something back’ feature.
“Director and co-founder of private client law firm Progeny Private Law, Frances Davies, has spent the past year training with her team for the 2015 Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge.
A team of four mums, Yorkshire Rows have been training incredibly hard for the Challenge this year and are set to break a World Record as the first mums to row across the Atlantic. This will be their second World Record, having been the first mums to row across the North Sea as part of their training earlier this year.
The row is a 3000 nautical mile race across the Atlantic Ocean and the money Frances and her team have raised will be donated to two local charities close to their hearts: Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Maggies Cancer Caring Centre.”
