Progeny has announced a further new appointment as part of its recent restructure.
Freya Fallon has been appointed to the new role of Chief of Staff to the CEO, having spent four years as Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Neil Moles.
Freya is experienced at supporting Progeny’s CEO at a strategic level and has been involved with the management of numerous high-profile projects, including various recent acquisitions and the company’s capital investment from Further Global Capital Management.
In the new role, Freya will expand her responsibility for managing relationships at a senior level, overseeing governance and management information, ensuring effective communication between management tiers and supporting the CEO with strategic thinking.
Freya comments on her appointment:
I am excited to be taking on my new role of Chief of Staff to the CEO, which will allow me to build on all the experience I’ve gained from four years as Neil’s Executive Assistant.
I’m passionate about supporting people to succeed. I’ll be helping to relieve Neil of various day-to-day responsibilities and allowing him to focus on driving his vision for the business, as well as facilitating clear communication and strong working relationships across the different departments within the group.
CEO Neil Moles said:
I’m delighted to see Freya taking up a wider role within Progeny.
As well as being hugely capable and organised, she brings great emotional intelligence and is skilled at making sure we are all working towards the same goals.
