Preparing your transition to Progeny

As part of your transition to Progeny we will be making some required updates to your provider. This involves removing authority from The Fry Group so we can continue to serve your financial goals under the Progeny brand.

Frequently Asked Questions

As this sits with the provider and yourself, you will need to contact your provider directly with this issue. Usually there is a “Reset my password” button when you try to log in. Alternatively you should be able to find your provider below which has their helplines.

This can be managed directly with your provider. Please find the provider below and contact them via their help desk.

If there are some unforeseen issues that have not been listed out on this page, please refer to your planning team to assist you further.

First thing to check is if you require a new log in or need to access the provider with a new URL. This information can be found below, however if this isn’t the case it could be due to the provider currently working on your account, if you have the time please wait another 24-48 hours and try again. Should this not solve your issues, a link to the providers help desk can be found below to enquire further.
