Nathan Bentley

Nathan joined Progeny Law in April 2024, bringing with him 10 years of experience in global and national corporate legal teams.

Nathan is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team at our Leeds office. He advises private clients on share and asset transactions, company reorganizations, MBOs, private equity, and general corporate matters, while also offering in-house support to the Progeny Group.

Outside of work Nathan has a keen interest in nutrition, health, sport and fitness, as he recently qualified as a personal trainer and an advanced sports nutritionist. He is a keen football fan and can be regularly seen supporting Scunthorpe United across the country.
