Adele-Swaine-1

Adele joined Progeny in September 2019 to head up the tax team together with Tony Maleham. Following the completion of her legal studies, Adele moved into tax and spent almost 15 years at a top 10 firm advising high-net-worth individuals on their tax affairs.

Adele advises private clients and trustees on minimising their tax liabilities and protecting the wealth within their families. She has advised many entrepreneurial clients on trust structuring before and after transactions. Adele has also implemented tax-efficient investment structuring, particularly for wealthy individuals. She works closely with solicitors, financial advisers and asset managers to ensure the client’s wealth is maximised in the most tax-efficient way.

She lives with her partner and young daughter in Leeds in a converted church, which she and her partner developed.
