Cath joined the Progeny Group in May 2025 as Chief People Officer. Prior to joining Progeny, she held positions of CPO at Ascot Lloyd, European HR Director at the Warranty Group and HR Director at Aon.

Her role as Chief People Officer and a member of the Exco leadership team involves contributing and supporting the CEO to deliver on the Group strategy. She is also accountable for building a People and L&D plan linked to the Group strategy.

Cath is a Graduate of Business & Finance, a Fellow Member of CIPD, and an Accredited Leadership Circle practitioner.

Outside of work, Cath enjoys spending time on her Sunseeker on the Solent and skiing in the winter. She is a member of a community choir and the gym. She also enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren and is currently teaching herself to play the keyboard.
