Ed has a keen focus on retirement planning with specialist technical knowledge of UK and Belgian pensions legislation and investments and in-depth experience of various tax authorities’ attitudes to offshore investing.

After 25 years in Belgium, he has developed an excellent professional network across the Brussels business and expat community.  He also holds dual British and Belgian nationality.

Ed holds a range of financial qualifications including the Diploma in Investment Advice from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments. He has been an key member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Belgium for many years, acting as President from 2003-2005.

Ed and his wife have three grown up children; one born in Hong Kong, two born in Belgium.  As a rugby enthusiast Ed is patron of Brussels Celtic RFC. Ed also enjoys general fitness activities and runs in the odd event.  More recently he has been seen failing miserably to master the art of golf!
