Frazer joined Fiscal Engineers in 2016, prior to the business becoming part of the Progeny Group in 2023.  He has worked in financial services since 2003. As Investment Governance Manager at Progeny Wealth, he is responsible for the oversight of the firm’s Investment Framework and Central Investment Proposition, helping to ensure that investment solutions remain robust, evidence-led and aligned to client needs.

Working at the intersection of investment research, governance oversight and portfolio management, Frazer provides technical challenge and analysis across investment solutions, framework assumptions and governance reporting.  He also leads the research and ongoing management of legacy portfolios, ensuring continuity, stability and strong governance standards.

With a background that combines quantitative disciplines with applied investment science, Frazer has particular expertise in investment methodology, portfolio governance and translating complex technical concepts into clear, practical insight for clients, advisers and stakeholders across the business.

Frazer is a Chartered Wealth Manager, Chartered Financial Planner and holds the Certified Financial Planner™ qualification. He is currently studying towards the CFA designation.

Outside of work, Frazer enjoys spending time with his family, all forms of motorcycling and tutoring advanced riding for RoSPA.  A long-standing ambition on his bucket list is to tour South America by motorcycle and follow the MotoGP season across southern Europe.
