Jess joined the Progeny Group in September 2025 as Chief Risk Officer.  Jess is an experienced Chief Risk Officer with circa 20 years of experience across top-tier financial services, wealth management and asset management firms.

She is experienced in driving enterprise risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance and governance to support the delivery of business strategy.  Prior to joining Progeny, Jess was Chief Risk Officer at Ascot Lloyd and Merian Global Investors (formally Old Mutual Global Investors).

Jess started her career as a lawyer in the financial services group at Dechert LLP, specialising in the establishment, listing and marketing of investment funds.  She is a member of the New York State Bar, New Jersey State Bar and admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.

Outside of work, Jess is a keen cook, plays the viola and enjoys reliving her childhood through her young daughter.
