Our Summer School offers young people a unique opportunity to gain first‑hand experience and discover what a career in professional services is really like.
Across a five day programme, students will experience life inside a leading Chartered Financial Planning firm, explore a wide range of career pathways and learn how financial planning, investment management, legal expertise and tax strategy work together to support clients.

Who can apply
Students aged 16 to 18 who are curious about careers in professional services.
What to expect during the week
The programme offers a structured and enriching experience designed to give students real insight into the world of professional services. Throughout the week, they will take part in interactive workshops like portfolio construction exercises, insight sessions with technical specialists and senior leaders, and hear from guest speakers across the business and wider industry. They will also receive CV writing and interview skills training, along with valuable exposure to how a professional services firm operates, with time built in to ask questions.
Each day features engaging sessions delivered by teams from across the business. Highlights include financial education with a qualified planner, investment updates with our Asset Management team, and a ‘Becoming a Media Star’ session with our Director of Marketing. The week concludes with a celebration and reflection session, where students receive their graduation certificates.
