Nisha joined Progeny in December 2025, following the acquisition of The Fry Group Dubai, where she had been a valued team member since September 2018. Now based in Dubai, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting the company’s ongoing growth in the region.

As Regional Operations Manager and Office Manager, Nisha is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations within the Dubai office. Her remit includes managing business processes, coordinating office activities, and directly leading the local support team. She works closely with senior leadership to ensure that the office operates efficiently and aligns with Progeny’s strategic objectives.

Nisha’s role also encompasses key functions across finance and HR, such as budgeting oversight, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee support. Her hands-on approach to operations management is characterised by a focus on efficiency, collaboration, and strong people leadership, making her an integral part of the Dubai team.

Her professional qualifications include passing investment exams LF1 and AWF, reflecting her commitment to continuous development and expertise in her field.

Outside of work, Nisha enjoys spending quality time with her family and caring for her two dogs—an Havanese and an adopted Golden Retriever. Her passion for both her professional and personal life is evident in everything she does.
