Kerry joined Progeny in October 2024 as a Regional Advisory Services Manager for our South Region.
Kerry’s career in Financial Services spans over 28 years, having achieved the CII Diploma in Financial Planning and Senior Management and Supervision qualifications, with experience of Practice, People and Operations Management. In April 2026, Kerry completed a Level 7 Advanced Diploma, master’s degree qualification with the CIPD in People Management Strategy.
As a Regional Manager, Kerry provides high-quality leadership, oversight, and day-to-day support for our Financial Planning team, whilst being accountable for managing performance, productivity, and the client service delivery of our planners.
Outside of work, Kerry enjoys being out and about, walking and gardening. Kerry regularly goes to the theatre to watch tribute bands, covering all genres of music, but firm favourites are the Eagles, preferring music and reading over watching the TV. Kerry refers to herself as a “roll your sleeves up and get started kind of person”!
