Progeny are delighted to announce the recent arrival of Philip Jordan to the organisation. As a welcomed addition to our Leeds office, Philip will serve as a Director of Progeny Law, having previously spent twenty years as a partner at national law firm Ward Hadaway.
Philip’s vast experience has comprised of over thirty-five years’ as a company and corporate lawyer. With this, he boasts extensive experience in the manufacturing, engineering and metals sectors as well as the food and leisure industries, assisting with operational, transactional and debt and equity funding matters.
Philip has also served as a member of the Law Society’s prestigious Company Law Committee for the last seven years and has been elected as the annual President of the Leeds Law Society on three separate occasions.
On his appointment, Philip said:
