Melissa Moshiri

Melissa joined Progeny in 2024 following the acquisition of The Fry Group, bringing with her 13 years of experience. She is also currently based in our Worthing office in the south of England.
In her role as an Assistant Tax Manager, Melissa is responsible for personal tax compliance and providing tax advisory services to expatriates. She possesses a strong expertise in interpreting the Statutory Residence Test and Double Taxation Treaties. Melissa ensures that international tax agreements are applied accurately, helping clients confidently navigate complex cross-border tax issues while maintaining compliance.
Her qualifications include both the ATT (Association of Tax Technicians) and AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians).
Outside of work Melissa enjoys high intensity training and circuit-based exercise classes, socialising and cooking healthy recipes at home. She also has a great love for apes and starting to make trips down to Monkey World where she has adopted one of their orangutan’s.
