Chanie Ravenscroft joined Progeny in February 2024 as a Learning & Development Facilitator, bringing more than 30 years’ experience in learning and development, technology engagement and business transformation across software providers and wealth management firms.

Passionate about helping people grow and succeed, Chanie creates engaging learning experiences that build capability, confidence and performance. She has a particular interest in leadership development, digital learning and AI transformation, and enjoys exploring how technology can help people work smarter and embrace change.

Based on the Dorset coast, Chanie enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, travelling, particularly in France, and discovering great food and cheese. She believes that curiosity, continuous learning and new experiences are key to both personal and professional growth.
