Progeny Acquires Halo HR, adding HR Services to Offering

We are pleased to announce that we have acquired HR consultancy Halo HR, adding HR services to our extensive multi-service offering for the first time. Halo have been our outsourced HR team for several years and have helped us to grow to where we are today. In line with our ‘acquire to hire’ strategy, Halo’s management team and staff will join Progeny, with Founder and Managing Director, Samantha Moxham, taking up the newly created role of HR Director.

Founded in June 2013, Halo HR works with a range of businesses from professional services to manufacturing, hospitality and retail as a retained outsourced HR solution offering a full range of HR expertise on matters such as contracts of employment, employee engagement and dispute resolution.

The additional service offering will compliment Club Legal by Progeny, giving businesses cost-effective and unrestricted access to both HR services and corporate legal support in a single, fixed-fee package. Our clients will now benefit from an even wider array of services from Progeny, which also include asset management, financial planning and private legal services, all offered with transparent costs.

A team from Progeny Law led by Alistair Scott-Somers acted as our legal adviser on the transactions.
