Neil Moles, who will go on to become CEO of Progeny, joins The Lawrence Scoffield Group.

2004

Neil Moles leads a management buyout of The Lawrence Scoffield Group.

2008

The Progeny concept is born: to provide a unique combination of wealth management and legal advice for private clients, corporates and family offices.

2014

LSG Holdings capitalises Progeny’s formation by investing in Lawsco Holdings, the company behind The Lawrence Scoffield Group.

2015

Progeny Private Law is established – the first part of Progeny to be launched.

Progeny is officially launched, bringing together The Lawrence Scoffield Group (rebranded as Progeny Wealth), Mark Burns Legal Services (rebranded as Progeny Corporate Law), and Progeny Private Law.

Progeny Asset Management is launched – a discretionary investment management firm offering bespoke and model portfolios.

Progeny expands again, including into Scotland for the first time, with the acquisition of a trio of firms – Innovate Financial Services in Edinburgh, Quest Financial Solutions in Buckinghamshire and Juno Wealth Management in Sussex.
