Rosanna joined the Progeny team in March 2021 following the merger with Watsons Law LLP.
She began her Conveyancing career in 2002 and deals with a wide range of high value and complex residential property matters including, but not limited to, Freehold and Leasehold transactions, Lease extensions, transfers of equity, the drafting of transfers of part, agreement and approval of private Legal Charges, Shared Ownership matters and newbuild transactions.
Outside of work, Rosanna likes to spend quality time with her young family, bake and take long walks in Otley Chevin.
