Dougie boasts an impressive 40 years of experience working in financial services.
He started his career with Scottish Widows, where he worked in various departments before leaving in 1992 to become a financial adviser. He remained an adviser until 2012, when he went back into office management.
He is diploma-qualified and is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Dougie lives in Edinburgh with his wife Astrid. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, going to the cinema, eating meals out and taking weekend city breaks.
