Kasia has a strong background in hospitality, where she worked for 16 years in a variety of roles, both in operations and administration. She has a degree in politics and a master’s degree in management and has recently completed her CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR Management course.
She loves working with people and joined Progeny as she truly believes people are at the heart of everything we do. As a People Specialist at Progeny, Kasia provides advice and support to team members and managers across the organisation, as well as collaborating with people team on a variety of HR-related projects.
Outside work, Kasia spends most of her time with her daughter, Gabi. She also enjoys reading and socialising with her friends.
