Lauren joined our growing People team as a People Specialist in may 2021. She has worked in HR since 2013 and her new role will see her provide advice and support to team members and managers across the business and will be integral as we transform and shape our people team.
She has a degree in HR Management from the University of Leeds and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. She is also qualified as a Mental Health First Aider. Lauren’s key strengths lie within employee relations and she also has a keen interest in supporting employee wellbeing and inclusion.
Outside of work, Lauren is the proud mum to Barney, aka. Mr. B, the adorable dachshund (sausage dog) and also attends weekly dance classes. In her spare time, Lauren can be found mid box-set as she is a self-proclaimed Netflix addict!
