Liz joined the Progeny team in April 2020 to lead the Learning & Development strategy for our growing business. She has over 30 years of practical leadership experience, and qualifications in Executive Coaching and HR Management.
Liz’s coaching style is described as engaging and encouraging, and her passion is in helping individuals and teams to develop greater self-awareness, confidence and personal capability.
Outside of office hours, Liz’s interest in people extends to reading about the way we think, behave and perform. Inspired by and tempted towards the endurance demands of long-distance running, Liz has completed the Brighton Marathon twice and a couple of coastal ‘ultra’ running challenges raising in excess of £3000 for charities.
