Freya Robertson(Executive Assistant to Progeny’s CEO, Neil Moles) was recently interviewed for the ‘Power of the PA’ podcast.

The series recognises the value that this pivotal role adds and demonstrates how varied it can be depending on the working environment, the individual the PA is supporting and the understanding and value placed on that role within the company.

Freya explains: “I was given the opportunity to talk through my journey so far. To offer some insights and bring to life my transition from Admin Assistant, to Team Assistant, to PA and finally to Executive Assistant to the CEO, touching on what I have learnt and gained from all those roles.

“The EA or PA role can offer so much to a business and in this podcast I talk about my experience of working for a company that has welcomed and empowered that and some of the hurdles I have faced along the way.”
