Client Order Handling and Best Execution Policy

This policy describes how we will arrange and manage the execution of investment transactions on behalf of our clients. The following information is aimed at providing a general understanding of the typical dealing arrangements that are in place. It is worth mentioning that the arrangements will vary for different categories of investment types and are described within the policy document.

We have appointed Winterflood Business Services (WBS) to look after our client’s investments and cash. They also handle all of the buying and selling of investments on our behalf. WBS are a part of Close Brothers Group, which was founded in 1878 and looks after billions of assets worldwide.


This Policy applies to all orders executed in the course of fulfilling our obligations to you as your investment manager. We will pass instructions to execute investment transactions to WBS either by phone or by electronic means. WBS will route the instructions electronically through their dealing service but, on occasion, these may be routed by phone.

Complaints Policy

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you receive from us then we would like to hear from you. This will give us the opportunity to put matters right and to improve the service we provide to all our clients. If we fail to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be able to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
