Stewardship code
Stewardship is the responsible allocation, management and oversight of capital to create long-term value for clients and beneficiaries, leading to sustainable benefits for the economy, the environment and society. Environmental, particularly climate change and social factors, in addition to governance, have become material issues for investors to consider when making investment decisions and undertaking stewardship.
Progeny Asset Management is not a signatory of the Code at this juncture. However, it seeks to apply the principles where relevant in its day-to-day operations and as part of our ethos and governance and aim to become signatories in the future.
